Yes. Many of our early clients started small. We will discuss your plans and recommend a starter arrangement that gives you a structured backend process from the beginning.
No. You can talk to us even if you are not yet selling. We will help you understand what setup makes sense for your stage. Service terms are discussed during the inquiry and onboarding process.
We can support operations connected to Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Pancake POS, Facebook, live selling and other social commerce channels. Orders are handled through an agreed workflow; we do not claim direct system integrations unless they are specifically set up for your account.
Yes, we can process orders coming from these marketplaces based on the agreed order format, cut-off times and marketplace requirements. The exact process is confirmed during onboarding.
Yes. VENDES operates from a 927-square-meter warehouse where client inventory can be received, stored and prepared for fulfillment, subject to the service arrangement.
Once onboarded, your orders enter the agreed VENDES workflow: orders are received, items are picked from your inventory, parcels are packed and labeled, then endorsed to the courier for pickup.
Inbound and outbound stock movements are recorded, and stock counts are done based on your service arrangement. Low or discrepant stock is flagged to you through your account representative.
Parcels are picked, packed according to agreed standards, labeled, sorted and prepared for courier handover. Processing schedules and cut-off times are confirmed during onboarding.
We coordinate with courier partners such as J&T and other couriers depending on your arrangement. Some clients use VENDES-coordinated courier arrangements, while others use their own accounts. We will discuss the best fit for your setup.
For cash-on-delivery parcels, VENDES monitors parcel status based on available courier information and supports reconciliation of COD remittances according to the agreed service arrangement.
Statements of account (SOA) are prepared on the agreed schedule. Payouts follow the terms in your service agreement. Please review each SOA and raise any concerns with your account representative promptly.
Returned-to-sender (RTS) parcels are received back, checked, and recorded. Depending on the arrangement, items can be returned to inventory or handled as agreed with you. RTS can happen for many reasons and cannot be fully eliminated, but we help keep the process organized.
